The A.A.S. in Construction Technology Program equips students with a large set of construction trade skills to maximize their employment potential within the industry. The education required for construction work depends on the specific needs of employers, so the coursework covers a broad range of topics. Program instructors combine theory and significant practice time to reinforce techniques. The required courses include Printreading for Construction, Construction Carpentry I & II, Concrete and Forms, Interior Finishes and Fundamentals of Crew Leadership. Graduates will be qualified for many entry-level construction positions. This program is recognized by the Associated General Contractors of America.

Admission to Ozarks Technical Community College is open to all individuals who can benefit from its educational programs. A focus of the college mission is on the academic, career and personal goals of the student. OTC may admit you as a First-Time student just completing their high school, GED or HiSET requirements or as a Transfer student coming from another institution finishing up a certificate or degree.
