The Agriculture: Turf and Landscape Management Program prepares students for careers in the land care industry. Land care is a growing field with new opportunities opening up as development increases. You will learn by doing as you apply classroom lessons to hands-on lab work. The certificate program is designed for students who are already working or want to enter the workforce as soon as possible. The program requirements allow students to graduate faster than those pursuing the A.A.S. degree. The required courses include Landscape Design, Turfgrass Management, Agriculture Business Management and more. Graduates can seek work in a wide range of occupations such as residential lawn care, commercial landscaping and city planning.
The Agriculture: Turf and Landscape Management Program is accredited by the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET).
