This program prepares students for entry-level work in the industrial systems field. Industrial system technicians are responsible for installing, operating and maintaining robots and other automated systems that execute manufacturing and industrial processes. Installing and maintaining industrial systems can be a lucrative career since these systems are crucial to many other industries. Maintaining these systems requires specialized knowledge and skills that companies value highly.

The certificate program is designed for students who are already working or want to enter the workforce as soon as possible. The program requirements allow students to graduate faster than those pursuing the A.A.S. degree. Courses include Industrial Safety, Fluid Power, Industrial Motors and Controls, and more. Our graduates have found jobs at manufacturing facilities, hospitals, hotels, public utility companies, schools and retail chains.

Admission to Ozarks Technical Community College is open to all individuals who can benefit from its educational programs.
